About the role
You will own the end-to-end manufacturing process at Tangibl. From supplier onboarding and production planning to quality assurance and continuous improvement. Your work ensures that creators receive products that meet the highest standards.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow relationships with factories and key suppliers
- Plan and execute production runs to meet quality, cost, and timeline goals
- Develop and maintain quality control systems and inspection processes
- Optimize manufacturing costs, lead times, and inventory
- Partner with product, design, and logistics teams to ship world-class products
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations management
- Strong understanding of footwear or apparel manufacturing
- Skilled in supplier management, negotiation, and production planning
- Data-driven with strong attention to detail and problem-solving
- You communicate clearly and take ownership end to end
Nice to have
- Experience with MOQs, costing, and capacity planning
- Knowledge of materials, components, and production techniques
- Familiarity with PLM or production management systems
